Coloring Competition for Nursery & Kindergarten participants and drawing competition (Topic will be given on-the-spot) for Grade 1 to Grade 12. Color Medium details will be shared with the registered participants separately.

Music-Alert School Band Competition

Speech-Alert Public Speaking Competition

An on-stage School Band Singing & Instruments Competition for Grade 6 to Grade 12 participants. Team event. Registration based on nomination from schools only. Songs allowed: English and Hindi with a min of one each. Min of 3 instruments.

Playing Time Limit: 20 Mins for 4 composition + 10 Mins for Set-Up.

Band Size: Max of 7-8. Each band member has to register separately.

Dance-Alert Dancing Competition

Dance-Alert Dancing Competition

An on-stage Dance Competition for Grade 3 to Grade 1 students. Dance forms allowed are Bollywood, Classical, Contemporary and Hip Hop. Two stage of elimination evaluation. Participant need to submit a 2 min video recording of any his/her performance. Basis submission, participants will be shortlisted for the next round which will be physical performance on-stage.

Time limit for Live Performance: 3 Mins.

Audio needs to be shared with us post qualifying round confirmation. Our team will reach out to you with link where you can upload your audio/video files. Using of Prop, Storytelling, Costumes are allowed.

Other Terms and Conditions

By registering for the event, the students and parents pledge to participate in the fairest manner and assure not to adopt any malpractices or unfair means at any stage of the competition.
Only paid registrants can attend the competition. Parents will be allowed till the entry / exit point as marked by Schoolalerts team. Single parent will be allowed to accompany their child to and fro the stage.
The participant indemnifies Schoolalerts Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its Directors and employees of any direct or indirect losses which may arise or be incurred by the student during such participation.
Any cost involved in transportation, purchase, repair, misc, etc. will have to be borne by the participant. Schoolalerts will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred by the participant before or during or after the event.
The registration fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Only in case of medical exigencies and upon production of necessary documents, the fees will be refunded after necessary adjustments, if informed 2 days prior to the event. No refund in case of absenteeism.
In case of absenteeism or late arrival, no refund and no replacement slot will be provided. Participants are requested to make sure that they reach the venue much before the scheduled performance time. Please arrive at least 30 mins prior to your performance slot and contact Schoolalerts team as soon as you reach.
Schoolalerts team will ensure a team of doctor/s and first aid be available at all times during the event.
Participants to carry their school id card. School dress is not compulsory.
All participants and their parents are advised to cooperate with the Schoolalerts Security team or Police team as and when required. Follow their instructions at all times. In case of any nuisance, the respective case may be referred to Police for their action and Schoolalerts will not take responsibility of such police dealings.
Schoolalerts takes no responsibility in case any of the details provided in the registration form by the participant/student/parent is fake or wrong. Such cases are bound to be rejected without giving any reasons whatsoever.
The participant always agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Schoolalerts. Parents must ensure that they carry Schoolalerts provided Gate Passes to collect their ward. Once issued and lost, each re-issuance will be charged at Rs. 200. Schoolalerts team may ask for more documents to be produced to our satisfaction before the child is handed over at exit points.
All decisions of Schoolalerts will be final and binding at all times. No queries or enquiries will be answered during the event or post the event. However, written complaints can be emailed to us at schoolalerts.helpdesk@gmail.com.
Limitation of Liability: Any claim whatsoever, direct or indirect, will be limited to the registration fees paid by the participant. Schoolalerts liability will be restricted to the registration fee received from the participant only. No other claims will be entertained whatsoever.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Schoolalerts reserves the rights to change location or dates as per requirement of local government or central government rules. In such cases, participant, parents and the participating school will be informed asap.
The events will be under high surveillance and all sessions will be recorded for quality and training purposes. All such recordings will be rights of Schoolalerts and will be used for marketing purposes without any consent. No request for sharing recordings will be entertained. Schoolalerts reserves all rights to publish the rights with photographs in media or websites.
Force Majeure: In case of any unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure, Schoolalerts will take necessary step which may include re-scheduling, change of dates, medium, process, policy, etc. and the same will be informed to the participant as and when required
Schoolalerts plan is to organize On-Stage events in Odd years and Off-Stage sporting events in even years. The same will be informed to Schools and participants as and when finalized.
Any queries mailed to us 2 days prior to the event date will be answered. Request participants / school to email us their queries accordingly.
Participants are required to attend the evaluation at the time slot shared with them. They can go home post completion of their performance.
The results will be published on our website and social media handles as and when finalized. All participants are requested to follow us on Facebook, Instagram and keep visiting our website for checking results.
